Celebration Square World Cup

Good news for movie lovers in Mississauga.

Summer Movie Nights is back at Celebration Square for a free, family-friendly movie being shown every Thursday.

Residents are invited to grab a blanket and bring friends, family and neighbours to watch films under the summer evening sky — and those who attend early at 7:30 p.m. can potentially win special prizes during the Movie Nights’ Pre-Show.

These films will be shown at 8 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Thursday, May 25: Dolittle
  • Thursday, June 1: Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank
  • Thursday, June 8: Sonic the Hedgehog 2
  • Thursday, June 15: Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore
  • Thursday, June 22: Dora and the Lost City of Gold

There will be no movie on June 29th.

The film line-up for July to September will be announced at a later date, according to the City, and the movies and schedule are subject to change.
