Subdivision with over 120 residential units being proposed in Milton

The Town of Milton’s Development Services Department has scheduled a virtual statutory public meeting to discuss a proposed subdivision with over 120 residential units.
The applicant, Milton Meadows Properties Ltd., has submitted applications for the Milton Meadows South plan of subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment for the development of 57 detached dwellings and 66 townhouses.
The property is approximately 8.34 hectares in size and is located at the southwest corner of No. 3 Side Rd. and New Tremaine Rd.
A total of 41 of the proposed condominium townhouses would have vehicular access from a private rear lane. The remaining 25 are proposed as street townhouses dwellings for a total of 123 residential units. Additionally, one mixed-use block is being proposed on the south side of No. 3 Side Rd.
The meeting will take place on Monday, Dec. 13 at 7:00 p.m.
While members of the public are being invited to provide their input to the public meeting, a decision on this application will not be made by Milton Council that day.
