A new listing in Niagara-on-the-Lake has made the list of the Top-10 most luxurious properties available in Canada for the month of April in a study from real estate brokerage site, zoocasa.com.
The home, at 25 Kenmir Avenue in the St. David area, was put on the market last week with a $2.1 million price tag and believe it or not, that’s at the lower end of the list prices. An ocean-view Vancouver mansion tops it at nearly $17 million.
The two-storey, three-bedroom, four-bathroom property sits on a 49-by-104-foot lot and features a luxurious interior with walnut flooring, a spacious foyer, huge windows that bring in tons of natural light and a 750-square-foot private terrace that aims across Lake Ontario towards Toronto.
