A school bus was destroyed by a fire in Ontario Monday morning, police say.

Ontario Provincial Police said officers responded at 8:32 a.m. to the scene on Earls Road in Huntsville.

Police said all students were evacuated from the bus and taken to their schools by other buses.

No injuries were reported among any of the students or the driver.

Huntsville firefighters extinguished the blaze.

“Hydro One crews attended to ensure sure no loss of services to power in the area as power lines were near the fully engulfed vehicle,” the OPP added.

There is no word on what may have caused the fire.
