Strong winds roll over transport truck on Burlington Skyway

Motorists should beware strong winds today (Mar. 6) which caused a vehicle accident this morning on the Burlington Skyway.
Niagara-bound lanes on top of the Skyway are currently blocked after a transport truck rolled over.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
OPP say the vehicle was rolled over due to high winds, urging motorists to drive with caution today.
A weather warning was issued for strong winds starting in the morning and going through to the afternoon, with wind gusts near 90 km/h and localized gusts in excess of 100 km/h.
Niagara region may see localized gusts in excess of 110 km/h.
