Stove top fire in Mississauga quickly extinguished

A fire near Bently and Summerside Drive believed to have started on a stove top has been extinguished by Mississauga Fire, with one person assessed on site by ambulance personnel.

No one else was in the residence.

Mississauga Fire responded to the fire early Monday evening and reported the fire had been put out by 7:04 p.m. Road closures were in effect on Bentley between Summerside and Tenth Line.
