Police are still searching for one stolen truck after a pair of vehicles were taken from Guelph, one of which was found beaten up in Brampton.

The first of the pilfered pickups was reported missing on Friday.

The Guelph Police Service says around 7:40 a.m. a man discovered his 2023 Toyota Tundra had been stolen from his driveway near Ironwood Road and Edinburgh Road South.

Then on Saturday, a resident near Victoria Road South and Frederick Drive reported that his work vehicle, a black 2023 Ford F-150, had also been stolen from his driveway.

The first truck was missing for more than 24 hours before police say the vehicle was found in Brampton with a broken passenger window and damage to the steering column.

But the second stolen pickup has yet to be found, and police are asking anyone who may have spotted the vehicle to contact police.

The stolen vehicle is a black 2023 Ford F-150 pickup truck. Police have not released the plate number of the vehicle.

Both thefts are still under investigation and police are asking anyone with information to contact GPS Const. Emily Dietrich at 519-824-1212 ext. 7265.
