Stabbing suspect at large in Mississauga

An unidentified stabbing suspect is on the loose in Mississauga after sending a man to hospital.
Peel Regional Police report they were called to the Eglinton Avenue and Ridgeway Drive area in the Erin Mill neighbourhood in the city’s southwest end.
A man was stabbed and seriously injured. He was rushed to hospital where he remains.
Police later said the victim was in serious but stable condition.
The attacker fled the scene on foot after stabbing the man. Police describe the suspect as a man in his twenties with black curly hair, standing five-foot-five-feet tall. He was wearing a black sweater and sweatpants.
