Brock University in St Catharines is reminding all students, faculty and support staff that they must upload their proof of vaccination onto their online site.

The university says that since launching the vaccination declaration tool, a dedicated vaccine webpage, thousands of faculty, staff and students have submitted their proof of vaccination form.

Brock’s vaccine mandate takes effect Tuesday, September 7. To enter campus on or after September 7, faculty, staff, students and visitors must have received their first dose by September 1.

A second dose is required by Tuesday, September 28.

Those who meet specific and limited medical or human rights accommodation criteria, as well as those who have only received one dose or who are within two weeks of their second dose will have to complete twice-weekly rapid antigen screening.
