St Catharines rower in Olympic action tonight

Two St Catharines athletes are about to get their moment in the Olympic spotlight.
Tonight (July 29) at 9:05 pm, rower Kristen Kit will cox the Canadian Women’s Eight as the A finals get underway in Tokyo.
And tomorrow at 7:30 am, runner Mohammed Ahmed will run the 10000M at 7:30 a.m. Ahmed is also a Canadian entrant in the 5000M with the heats set for August 3 at 8 pm. He is expected to make the finals, set for August 6 at 9 pm.
