St. Catharines calling on vendors to apply for 2023 Farmers Market

Possibly the most popular downtown St. Catharines summer adventure is returning and the city is calling upon local food producers to apply for a space at the 2023 St. Catharines Farmers Market.
“Since the early 1860s, the market has been a vibrant scene that offers fresh foods and handmade items from the local area,” says the city.
“Visitors enjoy connecting and learning from the local vendors who grow and produce the meats, fruits, veggies and baked goods. It’s a thrilling farm-to-table experience you don’t want to miss!”
Held from May to October, the farm-fresh experience, held in Market Square at 91 King St., has now expanded to include outdoor spaces, welcoming back farmers for the main harvest season.
In addition to more market vendors, the outdoor market also features local musicians, community engagement, and an interactive Discovery Table with free and fun experiences for all ages.
However, vendors looking for a stall have less than a month to apply if they wanted priority screening and should fill out THIS APPLICATION before March 4.

The St. Catharines Farmers Market is open year-round on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and March through December on Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
