A motorcyclist who hit speeds up to 132 km/h on a busy Oakville street on Monday (Dec. 5) has been charged and now finds himself without his bike and driver’s licence.
The speeding motorcyclist was caught by Halton Regional Police Const. Marc Taraso dangerously “zipping around cars between lanes” on Dundas St. near Third Line.
“Managed to get them safely stopped at a red light near Bronte,” Taraso said on Twitter.
The motorcyclist was doing 120 km/h when he was pulled over by Taraso, who took a picture of his mobile radar showing the speed.
The driver of the motorcycle has been charged with stunt driving, had his licence suspended and his bike impounded.
