Special waste drop-off day taking place in Georgetown

Halton Region has announced that the next special waste drop-off day will be taking place in Georgetown.

On Saturday, Oct. 22, Halton residents are invited to dispose of household hazardous waste and electronics at 11620 Trafalgar Rd.

To make the recycling of household hazardous waste and electronic waste more convenient for residents, special waste drop-off days are held throughout the year by Halton Region.

The community is reminded that special waste drop-off days are for Halton residents only and that no commercial waste is accepted.
