Every condo tower at Mississauga’s developing M City Condos community has something unique going for it, and it looks like the M5 tower’s main draw will be its wellness and a spa-like amenities.
M5 is the newest condo tower at M City, the 4.3 million square foot master-planned community currently taking shape in the city’s core (area of Burnhamthorpe and Confederation Parkway). Registrations for M5 are now open.
When complete, M City Condos will boast a size of 4.3 million square feet, 6,000 residential units, a range of retail and commercial office space, and a total of eight iconic buildings — including the tallest tower in Mississauga.
While M4 is known for being one of the most technologically advanced condo buildings in all of Canada, M5 is taking a wellness approach: The building will feature a wide variety of amenities that provide utter relaxation and a much needed respite for both the mind and body.
It’s all at the Wellness Centre located on M5’s serene seventh floor, away from all the busyness of life.
What’s at the Wellness Centre?
Designed by Cecconi Simone, M5’s Wellness Centre features a signature Hammam steam bath, a luxurious take on the traditional Turkish wet steam complete with heated marble seating. Individual infrared saunas push the idea even further, giving residents an array of options to enjoy the soothing and healing effects of total warmth.
The centre also boasts a meditation room and a massage room where residents are invited to clear their minds, and bodies. M5 makes it easy for residents to integrate a lifestyle of wellness through these one-of-a-kind and amenities.
Centered around a reflecting pool, the meditative Zen lounge is outfitted with daybeds and offers a calm, relaxing space to unwind. This serenity spills onto the exterior terrace, where a hot plunge pool, hammocks and lounge areas maintain the complete spa-like feeling that the building exudes. With so many options, M5 is more than able to accommodate residents no matter how they like to relax and unwind.
A gorgeous fitness centre awaits
Relaxation isn’t the only priority at M5 – the building also features a gorgeous fitness centre for residents who want to exercise and get into shape.
The centre comes equipped with cardio and weight machines, a spin studio, a virtual fitness studio, and an outdoor yoga area that’s perfect for those warm, sunny days.
Multiple areas to meet and socialize
Several multipurpose spaces are located throughout the amenity floor, which are perfect for celebrations, meetings, and other everyday activities. The gorgeous dining room and event space, as well as the outdoor dining area with barbecues, are both good options for enjoying a meal with others in an artfully designed space.
There’s also a media room, kids’ indoor playroom and an outdoor splash pad, all thoughtfully designed and outfitted to cater to residents’ essential needs whether they want to play, socialize, or just relax.
What else is unique about M5?
As the newest phase of M City, M5 embodies the iconic architecture, striking design, and cutting-edge technology that we’ve already seen in other M City condo towers. The tower’s crisp linear silhouette makes an impressive statement, and its simple yet elegant black and white grid-like pattern gives it a unique appearance that separates it from most other Mississauga real estate and condo towers.
With a combination of wellness-focused amenities, modern suite features, and calming, stylish interiors, M5’s goal is to “inspire, nurture, and soothe.”
M City is being developed as a joint effort between Rogers Real Estate Development and Urban Capital, striving to ensure each tower is unique and pushes the boundaries of smart living. Urban Capital has developed impressive condos in other major Canadian cities including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Winnipeg.
“M City continues to set new precedents for the future of Mississauga and multi-residential living across the country,” says John Anderton, Vice President, Treasurer, Rogers Telecommunications Limited.
“With M5, we’re offering residents a living space that is inspired by the outdoors from the inside out,” says Mark Reeve, Partner, Urban Capital Property Group.
