Someone in St. Catharines has a little more than two weeks to claim a $20,000 prize from a LOTTO 6/49 ticket bought for the November 28, 2020 draw.

At that time, the lottery was offering both the $1 million prize draw as well as 25 prizes of $20,000. One of the $20K winners had the number 52082507-01 number on it and it was, in fact, sold in St. Catharines. The OLG didn’t specify where in the Garden City it was purchased.

On November 28, 2020, LOTTO 6/49 offered a Super Draw that included 25 Guaranteed Prize Draws of $20,000 in addition to the $1 Million Guaranteed Prize Draw. Players must match all nine numbers to win the $20,000 Super Draw prize. Players have one year from the draw date to claim their prize.

For prizes under $50,000 , the OLG simply asks winner to call 1-800-387-0098 and then after confirming the win, mail in the signed ticket. Anything over $50,000 and you have to call them to discuss available prize claim options. Usually that means a drive into Toronto to the OLG headquarter, a photo and a quick interview.
