Some Changes Coming to Major MiWay Routes in Mississauga

If you regularly use transit in Mississauga, you should note that a few changes are on the horizon in 2019.

The City of Mississauga’s website has some important information on transit changes that will come into effect on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019.

According to the city, there will be some GO Transit Milton Line schedule changes that will impact MiWay Routes.

Schedules will change on some routes that connect with GO Train stations in Mississauga.

Schedules have been adjusted on the following routes:

  • Route 9 – Rathburn-Thomas
  • Route 20 – Rathburn
  • Route 28 – Confederation
  • Route 32 – Lisgar GO
  • Route 37 – Creditview-Erindale GO
  • Route 38 – Creditview
  • Route 44 – Mississauga Road
  • Route 49A – McDowell-Streetsville GO
  • Route 64 – Meadowvale GO
  • Route 67 – Streetsville GO
  • Route 90 – Terragar-Copenhagen Loop
  • Route 91 – Hillcrest-Cooksville GO

Route 26 Burnhamthorpe

MiWay says weekend routing has been revised to service Living Arts Drive (replacing service along Duke of York Blvd.) due to construction related to the Burnhamthorpe Water Project.

MiWay says routing has been revised to service Living Arts Drive (replacing service along Duke of York Blvd.) due to construction related to the Burnhamthorpe Water Project.

Route 312 Glenforest South: Revised northbound trip

MiWay says routing has been revised to service Living Arts Drive (replacing service along Duke of York Blvd.) due to construction related to the Burnhamthorpe Water Project. The route has been renamed to Glenforest South from Gordon-Graydon-City Centre.
