Brampton has a new smash burger fusion restaurant and food truck blending “classic Canadian comfort” with “full-on Desi heat.”
The new Brampton restaurant is called Bhai’s Burgers, and offers a menu it says is “built for the 905” that includes Indian fusion creations like the Paratha Smash Burger, Tandoori Chicken Crunch and Paneer Crunch Munch sandwiches.
The Paratha Smash Burger is made with two smashed patties, Monterey Jack cheese, mint coriander chutney, onions, pickles, jalapenos, while the Paneer Crunch Munch is made with Tandoori spiced creamy coleslaw, pickles, onions and tandoori mayo.
You can upgrade your burger to a lamb patty instead of beef, and the menu also features fried chicken, poutine and loaded macaroni and cheese dishes.

“We took everything you love — smash burgers, freshly buttermilk battered, fried chicken, loaded fries — and hit it with bold Indian flavours that actually slap,” the restaurant’s website reads.
Now open on Queen Street East, Bhai’s Burgers also has a food truck to bring its “real flavour, real heat, and real Bhai energy” to Brampton and beyond.
“From buttery tandoori spice to chutney kicks and late-night cravings, every bite is loud, messy, and made to hit different,” the restaurant says. “No shortcuts. No boring food.”
You can visit Bhai’s Burgers at 244 Queen St. E. in Brampton from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. For more information, follow Bhai’s Burghers on Instagram.
