Shots fired in Brampton suburb

Peel Regional Police are on scene at a suburban area of Brampton after reports came in regarding gunfire.

Shortly after 9:30 p.m. police announced the investigation ongoing near Burlwood Rd and Countryside Dr. They had received 911 calls about shot fired about a half hour earlier.

No one has been reported as injured. Police provided sparse details about the ongoing investigation. They had no suspect description available.
