Shooting in Mississauga leaves one man injured

There was a shooting in Mississauga Thursday night.
According to Peel Regional Police, the shooting injured one man in Mississauga.
The shooting took place in the area of Hurontario Street and the QEW around 8:30 p.m. (May 25).
Police said the officers found a man in his mid-20s with gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

Multiple shell casings were discovered at the scene. Police have no information about the shooter.
Peel police believe it to be an isolated incident, and there’s no risk to public safety.
According to police, a dark-coloured vehicle fled the area. There is no other information about the suspect.
