Shooting in Hamilton injures 2 people

Hamilton Police Service respond to reports of a shooting resulting in the injury of two people in Hamilton today (June 12).
At approximately 4:30 p.m. police say a shooting occurred in the area of Hess St. North and Market St.
Two victims with minor injuries were located at the scene upon arrival.
The Division one Criminal Investigation Branch has taken charge of the investigation.
Police ask residents in the area to review their security camera footage between the hours of 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and report any suspicious activity to police.
Motorists are also asked to double-check their dash cam footage if they were driving in the area at the time.
