The average price of a detached home in Brampton dropped last month to around $1,211,000 as competition is heating up, but there were a handful of luxury homes sold in September that were anything but average.

Real estate website Zoocasa has rounded up the most expensive homes sold in the city last month and found some pricey properties changed hands despite detached home sales dropping some 11 per cent in September.

Here are the top five most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month:

5 Estateview Circle – $3,380,000

This stunning two-storey home sits on a two-acre lot in Brampton’s Estates of Castlemore neighbourhood and boasts approximately 6,800 square feet of living space.
