Finding an affordable piece of property in Brampton might feel like searching for a needle in a haystack as the cost of so-called starter homes is on the rise across the country.
And while the average price of a detached home is well above $1 million, condos are still offering first-time buyers a chance to enter Brampton’s real estate market.
Here are five of the most affordable condos sold in Brampton last month:
