See blockbuster hits on the big screen for Movies Under the Stars in Brampton

From Disney classics and high-budget blockbusters to family-friendly features, cinema fans can break out the popcorn for some blockbuster screenings in Brampton this summer.

The City of Brampton is bringing its Movies Under the Stars series back for another year of feature film screenings this summer.

The annual event brings big-ticket movies to big screens across Brampton for free screenings, inviting guests to come out and take in a show in a family-friendly setting.

The screenings will run until late August at Chinguacousy Park, Gore Meadows Community Centre​​ and Mount Pleasant Square. The first showing starts today (July 7) with a screening of Minions – Rise of Gru in Chinguacousy Park at 9:00 p.m.

July 14 : Dr. Doolittle
July 28: Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
August 4: Super Mario Bros Movie
August 11: Ant-Man and Wasp – Quantumania
August 18: Strange World

All showtimes are at either 8:30 p.m. or 9:00 p.m., and guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and of course popcorn and snacks to complete the movie-going experience.
