Motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians can expect a section of King St. between Emerald St. and East Ave. to remain closed Monday after parts of a building facade broke away and fell onto the sidewalk and street Friday night in Hamilton.
Images shared on Twitter showed numerous bricks strewn across the sidewalk and white siding dangling from a second-storey window.

The property contains commercial businesses on the bottom floor and residential units above.
No one was physically hurt as a result of the falling debris.
The city’s building division aimed to have the road reopened before the end of the weekend.
