The public’s help is needed in identifying a man suspected of a series of thefts from autos and frauds in Oakville.

Halton Regional Police are looking for a middle-aged male who broke into several parked vehicles at the Oakville Go Station, located at 214 Cross Avenue, on April 4.

The male suspect would end up steeling wallets, sunglasses, clothing and other items.

A short time after he would go on to use the stolen credit cards he got from the vehicles at several retail locations in the surrounding area.

The male suspect (see photo below) is described to be white and between 30 to 40 years of age with short brown hair, a mustache/goatee, and with a scar over his right eyebrow.

He was sporting tortoise shell glasses, a black jacket with the words “Kal Tire True Service” on the chest, dark pants and black shoes. The man was also carrying a duffle bag.
