This week is shaping up to be a scorcher, with temperatures above 30 C and some rain here and there in southern Ontario.
Here’s what the weather will look like for the week of June 8 to June 13:
Tonight (June 7) will be warm at 15 C, with wind speeds hitting up to 20 km/h and calming down a bit in the morning.
Monday will bring a mix of sun and rain with a daytime high of 26 C, with a 30 per cent chance of showers day and night, and a nighttime low of 16 C.
Tuesday will see some serious heat, with a daytime high of 31 C, a nighttime low of 21 C, and a 30 per cent chance of showers throughout the entire day.
Wednesday, in keeping with this week’s theme, will have a daytime high of 31 C, a nighttime low of 21 C, and a consistent risk of showers similar to Tuesday throughout.
Thursday, you guessed it, will have a daytime high of 32 C, a nighttime low of 21 C, and a 20 to 30 per cent risk of showers throughout.
Friday will stay at a high of 31 C during the day, finally cooling off at 17 C come evening, with Saturday cooling off a bit at 28 C during the day.
