School bus service in Brock, Uxbridge and Scugog cancelled

School bus service to all schools in Uxbridge, Scugog or Brock townships have been cancelled Friday due road conditions resulting from Thursday’s snowstorm.

Durham Student Transportation Services have cancelled buses in Zone 1 (Brock), Zone 2 (Scugog) and Zone 3 (Uxbridge) for schools in both the public and Catholic school boards.

Buses will not operate in the morning or in the afternoon.  All Elementary and Secondary schools remain open. Buses are running in Zone 4, which covers the more populated lakeshore communities of Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Clarington.
