School bus cancellations back up to 42; sixteen in Oshawa

School bus cancellations in Durham are back up today (May 5) with 42 cancellations, including 16 in Oshawa and 14 in Clarington.

Seventeen of the cancellations are at high schools, including Oshawa schools Paul Dwyer, John Pereyma (AM only), O’Neil, McLaughlin and Eastdale; J Clarke Richardson in Ajax; and Bowmanville and Courtice secondary schools in Clarington.

Other schools with cancellations Friday are Coronation (PM only), Dr. SJ Phillips, Sunset Heights and St. Joseph in Oshawa; Bolton Falby in Ajax; Frenchman’s Bay, Father Fenelon, Valleyview and Maple Ridge in Pickering; and Duke of Cambridge, Courtice Intermediate, Hampton Júnior and MJ Hobbs Senior, St. Elizabeth, Orono and Harold Longworth in Clarington.
