Save on PRESTO fares by using your Tim Hortons credit card in Mississauga, Hamilton, Oakville

Transit users in Mississauga Brampton, Hamilton, Burlington, and Durham will keep more money in their pocket on Mondays when they use their Tims Credit Card to pay for PRESTO fares.
Beginning next Monday (Sept. 25) and through to Nov. 6, Tims Credit Card members will get as much as $10 back on their transit fares when they use the card to on a PRESTO device to ride transit.
The travel discount can be used on participating locations that accept PRESTO contactless payment, including MiWay, Brampton Transit, Burlington Transit, Durham Transit, GO Transit, Oakville Transit, Hamilton Street Railway, TTC and UP Express
“We’re so excited to be partnering with Metrolinx and some of the largest public transit systems in Ontario to give Tims Credit Card holders the opportunity to save money on their transit fares every Monday for a limited time,” said Markus Sturm, senior vice president of financial services and digital at Tim Hortons.
Using their Tims card on transit tickets will also allow cardholders to earn five Tims Rewards Points for every dollar they spend. Points can be redeemed for free coffee, beverages, and food at Tim Hortons restaurants.
