Santa Claus parade returning to Milton this holiday season

Santa Claus is officially coming back to the Town of Milton just in time for the holiday season.

The Milton Santa Claus Parade dates back to 1933 and has continued its tradition with the help of volunteers and community groups. In the past, the event has attracted over 30,000 people.

This year’s parade will take place on Saturday, Nov. 26 and will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Main St. starting at Whitmer St. to the GO station.

The parade’s committee is made up of volunteers with funding coming strictly from the support of the Business Community. As a result, it is seeking sponsorships for this year’s event.
