Rogers, Fido customers in Welland and Niagara Falls can now get walk-in phone repairs

If you live in Niagara Falls or Welland and use either Rogers or Fido as providers for your phones, things just got a little easier for you.

Rogers announced today (October 20) the launch of certified walk-in repairs, a fast and reliable phone repair service in both Niagara Region cities.

Customers can now book an appointment with one of their certified repair experts (as early as the same day) at select Rogers and Fido stores and get their phones repaired within hours.

Rogers and Fido repair technicians will now fix battery issues, screen breaks, cameras, audio, software malfunctions and more. 

This new service also lets customers keep track of the repair progress every step of the way with real-time notifications and online tracking. Each repair also comes with a 90-day warranty.
