Robbery suspects sought in pharmacy holdup in Bolton

Police in Caledon have released a surveillance photo of two men suspected of robbing a pharmacy in Bolton earlier this week.

The Caledon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment says that on Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 22), two males entered a pharmacy in Bolton and forced staff to access medication. A large quantity of prescription drugs were taken.

An image of the suspects has been published. It was taken from video footage obtained from inside the pharmacy.

One suspect is described as a Black male in his early 20s with a thin build. He was wearing a black puffy jacket, blue hoodie, black pants, black shoes, black mask and black gloves with white writing. He was carrying a grey-and-black backpack.

Anyone who can identify the suspect or has information that might support the investigation is asked to contact the Caledon OPP Major Crime Unit at 905-584-2241 or toll-free at 1-888-310-1122.

Information may also be provided information anonymously by contacting Peel Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at peelcrimestoppers.ca. Anyone who contacts Crime Stoppers stays anonymous and will not be asked to testify in court. They could also receive a cash reward upon an arrest of a suspect.
