One woman has been rushed to hospital and police have closed an intersection following a crash between a pedestrian and a vehicle in Brampton.
Peel Regional Police say the collision happened around 1:30 p.m on Friday at Bovaird Drive and Castlemore Road in Brampton.
Police say a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, and that an adult female was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. Investigators have closed the intersection at Bovaird Drive and Castlemore Road while officers are on the scene and say drivers should avoid the area.
