ROADS CLOSED: Motorcyclist in critical condition after Brampton crash

One motorcyclist is in critical condition and police have closed traffic on multiple roads following a crash in Brampton.

The collision happened around 5:30 p.m. near North Park Dr and Nasmith Street, Peel Regional Police say. A motorcycle collided with a truck and the driver of the motorbike was rushed to hospital with critical injuries.

Police have closed all westbound traffic on North Park Drive from Neptune Court to Newport Street, while southbound lanes have been closed on Nasmith Street at North Park Drive.

Drivers should avoid the area and find alternate routes if possible.
