Roads closed after vehicle crashes into tree in Mississauga

A collision is causing road closures in Mississauga this morning.

Police say a vehicle collided with a tree at Montevideo and Estoril Road, near the intersection of Derry and Millcreek.

The male occupant has been taken to hospital with currently unknown injuries.

Road closures are expected in the area and residents are asked to take alternate routes.

UPDATE: Police have confirmed that there was only one person in the vehicle. The victim has been taken to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
