Road closed for a fire investigation in Mississauga

A Mississauga road was shut down for a fire investigation Friday morning.
Emergency crews responded to Cawthra Road and Bloor Street for a report of a fire around 9 a.m. this morning (Jan. 20), Peel Regional Police said in a tweet.
There is no active fire at this time but a burnt vent and smoke have been located, police said.
Northbound Cawthra Road at Bloor Street is shut down while Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services investigates.
Police suggested drivers use alternate routes.
