Road closed after vehicle knocks pole onto road in Brampton

A collision is causing traffic delays in Brampton this morning (Oct. 3).

It was reported at 10:50 a.m. that a vehicle struck a pole at McVean Dr and Countryside Dr, knocking the pole onto the roadway.

No injuries were reported.

The eastbound turn lane on Countryside Dr at the intersection is closed until further notice.

Residents are asked to avoid the area.
