Ribfest, fireworks come to Waterdown

Canada’s birthday will be celebrated with a weekend’s worth of activities in Waterdown.
Centred around Memorial Park, events run from Friday, June 28 through to Monday, July 1 and will feature a marketplace, live entertainment, food vendors, skateboarding, a carnival, ribfest and to top it all off there will be fireworks.
“Come for the food and plan to stay for the fun at Waterdown’s Oh Canada Ribfest – the best Canada Day weekend party in the Hamilton/Burlington area. The park will be hopping all weekend long with great music, games and entertainment for the whole family,” organizers say.
