Retro dance party set to hit the Rec Room at Square One in Mississauga

Those who like music from the ’80s and ’90s may be interested to know that a retro dance party will be taking place at the Rec Room in Mississauga tonight (Feb. 17).
While events at the Rec Room, which is located at Square One, were temporarily put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entertainment facility has now begun hosting events again, including a recent Bollywood night and K-pop event.
The dance party will begin tonight at 10:00 p.m. and will feature a DJ playing ’80s and ’90s tunes along with retro music videos all night long.
Guests are encouraged to wear their best retro outfits as prizes will be given out to the best dressed and to those with the best dance moves.
“Come join us for an awesome night of dancing and music, right in the heart of Mississauga,” reads the event page’s website. “The best part is, we’ll have the music videos as well as the dance floor streaming on the big screen.”
