Recreational League hockey has been postponed in Brampton at least until the end of the month.

Over the weekend, Brampton Hockey announced on social media the Recreational League committee made the decision to suspend competition due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases.

As a result, all activities, including the Neville Woolridge Tournament, have been suspended at least until 2022.

“We will continue to monitor the outbreak in the community and make decisions accordingly,” reads a statement from Brampton Hockey.
