It’s 50 g in size, doesn’t have a UPC number, and was sold from April 20 up to and including May 8 of this year.
It was distributed in Ontario, Quebec, and online.
Consumers are being advised to check to see if they have the affected product.
It should be thrown out or returned to where it was bought, officials said.

“Food contaminated with pathogenic E. coli may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, mild to severe abdominal cramps and watery to bloody diarrhea,” the CFIA said.
“In severe cases of illness, some people may have seizures or strokes, need blood transfusions and kidney dialysis or live with permanent kidney damage. In severe cases of illness, people may die.”
The agency said the recall was triggered by the company and there haven’t been any reported illnesses associated with the product.
The CFIA said it’s conducting a food safety investigation which could lead to more recalls.
It said it’s also verifying that the product has been removed from the marketplace.
