Royal Botanical Gardens program brings love of nature to preschool children in Burlington

An outdoor program for preschool-aged kids at Royal Botanical Gardens is now open for registration.
The Oaks & Acorns Nature Play program is designed to inspire a life-long love of nature and the outdoors.
Children aged 2-5 and their caregivers (not a dropoff program) will explore the natural world together through nature walks, storytelling, imaginative play and hands-on discovery.
Held behind the Nature Centre, in the RBG’s Nature Play Space, the program takes place entirely outdoors and all parts of it have been modified for safe interaction.
Registrations are open for single day or a full-session pass.
The program runs Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. from Nov. 9 to Dec. 18.
