Ramps closed, woman seriously injured in crash on Hwy. 403 in Mississauga

A serious crash has put one person in the hospital and closed highway ramps in Mississauga.
Today (Jan. 8), OPP say they’re investigating a single-vehicle collision on eastbound Hwy. 403 near the 407.
A 24-year-old female has been transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The vehicle sustained major damages.

Hwy. 407’s eastbound and westbound ramps to Hwy. 403 eastbound are closed as crews clear the vehicle from the scene. There’s no word from OPP on when they’re expected to reopen.
Motorists should take alternate routes.
