QEW closed in Mississauga after vehicle rollover

The eastbound Queen Elizabeth Way highway was briefly closed in Mississauga on Friday night after what police called a “serious collision.”
A vehicle rolled over in the collision between three vehicles, trapping one person inside. Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services were reportedly called to try to free the person from the vehicle.
Eastbound traffic on the QEW was diverted to Erin Mills Parkway.

UPDATE: As of 11:30 p.m., the right lane of the eastbound QEW is reopened to drivers. The person who was trapped was helped out of the vehicle safely.
