Nothing like a cool August Blizzard in Mississauga, Hamilton, Brampton and Oakville, especially when it’s for a good cause.

Today (August 11) is Dairy Queen’s Miracle Treat Day and residents across the GTA and North America can enjoy a Blizzard treat and “bring health and hope” to local kids.

For every Blizzard ice cream treat purchased, participating Dairy Queen locations will donate the net proceeds to their local children’s hospital foundation.

All contributions are made to the local Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) member hospital to directly help kids in your community.

CMN raises funds and awareness for 170 children’s hospitals across Canada and the United States. Over 10 million sick kids visit a CMN member hospital every year.

Whether it’s a Coffee Crisp, Mint Oreo, Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough or Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, these treats will help raise money for local sick kids.
