Public meeting in Burlington over developer’s request to amend zoning bylaw

A public meeting has been set for Mar. 1 regarding the rezoning application for a plot of commercial land at 5030-5045 Tico Creek Common.
Wellings Planning Consultants Inc. has made an application to amend the zoning bylaw for the land located near Mainway and Appleby Rd.
The application proposes to allow an increase in the size of a couple of the proposed buildings, as well as to expand retail store permissions for the two proposed one-storey buildings.
The virtual meeting is being held Tuesday, Mar. 1, at 1 p.m.
