A public meeting featuring candidates for Members of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for the upcoming election will be taking place soon in the Town of Milton.

The meeting, which is being hosted by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area (DMBIA), will take place at the Southside Community Church, located at 200 Main St. East, on Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The event, which is open to BIA members and local residents, will provide the community with an opportunity to get to know the candidates and learn about important issues in the community.

Those who wish to ask questions must submit them by Monday, May 9, at 5:00 p.m.

A moderator will be asking the submitted questions and leading the discussion at the event.

“Come out and meet the provincial candidates from Milton and hear their perspectives on important issues in Downtown Milton and the Milton community,” reads the DMBIA’s website.
