578 COVID-19 cases in Ontario with 67 new cases in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon

The province is reporting 578 new COVID-19 cases today, August 14 (up 68 from yesterday) and two new deaths (down two from yesterday).

There are 67 new cases in Peel (Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon), 57 in Hamilton, 23 in Niagara, 21 in Halton, and 20 in Durham.

According to Health Minister Christine Elliott, 136 people are hospitalized (excluding ICU) with COVID-19. 11 are fully vaccinated and 125 are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status.

111 people are in ICU due to COVID-19. One is fully vaccinated and 110 are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status at this time.

20,146,936 vaccine doses have been administered in Ontario to date. 81.4% of Ontarians 12+ have one dose and 73.1% have two doses.
