Province reporting 177 new COVID-19 cases, 12 in Mississauga and Brampton

The province is reporting 177 new COVID-19 cases today, July 18 (up one from yesterday) and six more deaths (up three from yesterday). There are 33 new cases in Grey Bruce, 32 in Waterloo, 22 in Toronto, 16 in Hamilton, 12 in Peel (Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon), nine in Durham, four in Niagara, and two in Halton.

Since yesterday, 166 more cases are considered resolved and over 14,800 more tests completed.

18,114,229 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Ontario to date, including 134,654 doses administered yesterday, July 17.

The province entered Stage 3 of its reopening on Friday, July 16, permitting larger social gatherings and for more businesses and establishments to reopen.
