Production on all-new 2024 Silverado HD to begin in Oshawa later this month

Production on the refreshed 2024 Chevrolet Silverado HD gets underway this month at the Oshawa Assembly Plant.
The new look Silverado HD, which is produced in Oshawa and the General Motors plant in Flint, Michigan, was unveiled in September, with the model getting some new tech, an overhauled cabin, a new exterior, new trim and a power upgrade.
Production began in Michigan during the first week of March with assembly lines in Oshawa running with the 2024 truck before the end of month. The Silverado HD ZR2 model will be added to the production lines later in the model year, which typically ends in mid-summer.
